As our name suggests, we are a Blues Band formed in Gibraltar by musicians who have been round the block  (and the Rock!!)   a few times. EastSide Blues Band came together out of the amicable break up of one band and the arrival back on the rock of a jamming Bass man, After seeing what Gibraltar had to offer musically, we knew there was room for some Real Blues Music...as all the guys loved the Blues, EastSide Blues Band was born.....                        "Playing the  Blues for you"                       

   As true musicians we can play any venue as our music is not based on volume but feelings and  rhythm, creating an ambience that touches the soul and is sure to get feet tapping and bodies dancing.

  The history of the blues is more than a musical chronology. The blues was born the day the West African shoreline fell from the horizon. It was raised amid the institutionalized savagery of the Deep South and flourished in the dark heart of America's largest cities. We owe the blues to those who bore the pain of enslavement behind the frightful shadows of our collective soul....
